SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship only within the United States and its territories. Orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery in the USA depending on shipment method. To claim a lost package, please allow 20 calendar days for domestic shipments. Claims for missing items or packages must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment delivery date.
RETURNS
Fraternal Designs purchases are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase for an exchange or refund. Item(s) must be in unused condition. Returns can be mailed to:

Please indicate your reason for wanting a return. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you use a form of traceable delivery and insure your package for your protection. Please do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within 1 billing cycle.
For signed books, please understand that the books were handled and signed by the author, and therefore the cover could be received with minor bends. This is not considered damage.
